WELCOME TO ANKERITE INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES (AIIMS)
Ankerite International Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow was established under Ankerite Sewa Sasthan. The institute started GNM program in the year 2009 with an annual intake of 40 students affiliated to Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty, Lucknow, recognized by Government of Uttar Pradesh and approved by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi. Soon after, we opened ANM program in the year 2010 to reach the grass root level and train the people to attain the basic nursing skills recommended by the apex body.
On successful completion of a fruitful decade, AIIMS has now started Basic B.Sc Nursing program in the year 2020 with an annual intake of 40 students. Followed by Basic B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing program is started in the year 2021. The college aims to prepare competent professional nurses to the international standard, who would be capable of providing expert nursing services in all branches of nursing.

I strongly believe in that, “To solve world’s problems lets nurture the students” Ankerite International Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is one of the diversified branches of Ankerite group of educational institutes. World Health Organisation (WHO) with International Council of Nurses (ICN) and Nursing Now has projected shortfall of 5.7 million nurses in the global nursing workforce in the next decade. Nursing has evolved from an unstructured method of caring for the ill to a scientific noble profession.
